I was truly honoured when Amie and Clinton chose me as their wedding photographer to photograph their March Edinburgh elopement. Amie messaged me back in January and I knew that I wanted to be their photographer from the very first minute. She was super excited about the elopement planning and so was I.

They are both from Northern Ireland but chose to get married in magical Scotland.

I think there is nothing more exciting than the thought of tying the knot while on an adventure.

Portobello Beach wedding photoshoot

After an intimate wedding ceremony at Edinburgh City Chambers in the Old Town, we headed to Portobello Beach for their shoot.

We managed to escape the rain but the strong cold wind was keeping us company every minute of our session. That is why I was so full of admiration for Amie, who was posing beautifully in her amazing wedding dress and such an intense cold by her husband’s side.

It was a fairytale elopment and both Amie and Clinton looked gorgeous, her in elegant white gown and him in red British Army uniform. Yes, I’m too excited.
