Autumn is my favourite time for Edinburgh elopements in Scotland. 

The omnipresent colourful leaves make this time of the year magical. And definitely add a lot of mood to your elopement photos.

As Scotland elopement photographer, I tend to recommend autumn as best time for city elopements to my clients. Although the days might be quite short, as the sun sets around 4pm… you can still make the most of it.

Autumn wedding photos in Edinburgh New Town

Nicole and Sunil got officially married back in the summer. But – they decided to book a separate wedding photoshoot a couple of months later. First of all, they loved the idea of additional wedding photoshoot. Secondly, as Nicole purchased two wedding gowns prior to their wedding, she decided the second wedding dress also deserves a chance to be showcased in some photos!

What is more, autumn sounded like the perfect time for some elopement photos.

So if you decide to elope in Edinburgh in Scotland – you should definitely consider doing it in autumn.
