To make the logistics more laid back than any other trip you’ve planned, I’ll be sharing all the guides and pro tips for big picture planning plus the subtle details that bring it all together.
But this experience is about more than images alone.
From our first conversation to gallery delivery, I’ll gently guide you through the process – offering location ideas, timeline support, and trusted local recommendations – so your day feels effortless, meaningful and truly yours.

The Lowlander
for Edinburgh lovers
Elopements & tiny weddings (up to 10 guests) in the Scottish capital.
Starting at 4 hours of coverage, this package exclusively covers Edinburgh and the surrounding areas, including New Town, Old Town and Holyrood Park.
The Highlander
for highlands explorers
When you hear Scotland and think of tartan dress, fluffy coos, rugged clansmen and ancient castles, this is the place you’re imagining.
Occupying the northern area of Scotland, you’ll get 4+ hours of coverage anywhere up to 3 hours travel north of Edinburgh, including places like Glencoe, Kilchurn Castle or Cairngorms National Park.
The Outlander
for lovers of the otherworldly and remote
Or “Sassenach” in Gaelic, my fellow Outlander fans will know that this term traditionally refers to a non-Scots person.
Though, here this package includes coverage in, quite literally, the most outer lands of Scotland, such as Isle of Skye, the Torridon Hills or any other location up to 6 hours outside of Edinburgh.

The unique aesthetics and rich color tones of 35mm film evoke a sense of romance and timelessness in every shot.
You’ll receive scans of your film photos together with your final digital gallery.

I. Wee Weddings
Ideal for intimate weddings up to 30 guests, coverage begins at 4 hours.
The starting price is inclusive of the Edinburgh area.

II. Adventure Sessions
A blast of a session with your partner with 3 hours of coverage. Document these moments right in Edinburgh, or travel to the Scottish Highlands in places like Glencoe or Loch Ness, for those quintessential misty views. Unforgettable moments guaranteed.

III. Secret Proposals
Document the excitement on your partner’s face when you pop the question in Edinburgh, one of the world’s most picturesque cities. This package includes a short video call – just to make sure we’ve polished all the details in preparation for the ‘get on one knee’ moment.
Includes packages of 20 minutes (to capture the proposal moment) to 90 minutes of coverage to capture that moment of surprise and engagement photos in 2-3 additional locations.

IV. Engagement & Couple Sessions
This 90-minute session will encapsulate all of that build up excitement you both share in anticipation of becoming spouses! Let’s explore Edinburgh’s hidden nooks together.

We’ll chat through your vision, your story and what your ideal elopement or wedding day in Scotland looks like.

Finally – and most importantly, I get to learn about you – what matters most, what you’re excited about and what you want your day to feel like.
Proposal & booking details
After our call, I’ll send a follow-up email outlining the packages, coverage and any bespoke details we discussed – I’ll also let you know what information I’ll need from you for the contract.
If you’re excited and ready to go ahead, I’ll send over a contract and a retainer invoice asap.
To secure your date, I just need:
– signed contract
– £400 retainer fee (the same for all packages)
Once those are sorted, you’ll be officially in my calendar!

Once the contract is signed and the retainer settled – that’s it. You’re officially booked, woohoo 🎉
From this point forward, I’m not just your photographer – I’m part of your support team.

Wedding questionnaire
Around 2–3 weeks before your day, you can expect a detailed questionnaire in your inbox.
This helps me make sure no detail is missed and that I’m fully prepared to capture your day exactly as you envision it.
We’ll confirm: the ceremony details, timings, locations, any must-have photos you have in mind, ceremony details, group photos (if you’re bringing guests), any personal details that are meaningful to you and I’ll absolutely want to see your Pinterest board for inspiration.
Final catch-up call
Once you’ve completed the questionnaire, I’ll send you a link to book a final catch-up call.
