Parc del Laberinth d’Horta is one of Barcelona’s oldest parks. It’s a perfect spot not only to escape the noisy city centre. But also to explore it during a couple or wedding photoshoot.
The garden was designed in 18th century by an Italian architect, Domenico Bagutti. It’s such a magical and romantic place – perfect photography spot. It’s full of fountains and statues and what’s most important – greenery.
What I love more than anything in my photography is the combination of city spots with lots of plants, trees and water. So every time I travel abroad, I plan a photoshoot with my clients or friends in a place that offers all of those things. If possible of course.
Horta’s Labyrinth Park was used for cultural events and open-air plays. And now it is usually visited by tourists or locals craving some relaxing time in a quiet, romantic garden.

The labirynth is also an amazing location for a Barcelona engagement photoshoot. The couples can lose themselves in the hedge maze and admire Italian romantic architecture style in the heart of this wonderful Spanish city. Such a beautiful little adventure, being able to photograph Anna and Alex in this wonderful, old garden. It’s a perfect place to escape the crowds and share some intimate, emotional moments together.
I love looking at these photos. Barcelona is one of my favourite places in the world. So, I always try to visit Barcelona at least once a year.
I love the Catalonian culture, food, beaches and the atmosphere. Mostly because this place is so full of energy. And so relaxing. If you’ve not been yet – I totally recommend it!
